Sir My test report says:

2. C-REACTIVE PROTEINS-QUANTITATIVE 4.42 mg/dL 0.00 - 0.50

(HIGH SENSITIVITY)

3. HAEMOGLOBIN 11.9 g/dL 13 - 17

4. PACKED CELL VOLUME 36.10 % 40 - 50

My age is: 12 yrs.

Is there any serious disease.

Your ESR is slightly raised its a simple, non-specific test that is used to detect inflammation associated with conditions such as infections, autoimmune diseases.
ESR is non-specific, an elevated result indicates the presence of inflammation same is CRP rise indicates inflammation too.Hemoglobin and hematocrit are mildly decreased indicating anaemia.You must get anemia workup done.
